Craig Napoli, Co-Owner
Mr. Napoli, a born and raised New Orleanian, is proud to restore the Sbisa institution he helped to grow and thrive from 1992-2005 alongside his father, brother and Chef Singleton. The notable landmark was forced to temporarily shut down when Hurricane Katrina devastated the Crescent City, so Craig poured his passion for food into building a successful seafood business in Hopedale, Louisiana.
Now, he’s pleased to bring the freshest crawfish, Gulf shrimp, fish and crabmeat from his Hopedale dock to the tables of Café Sbisa – look for Craig at the entrance of the Decatur street venue greeting customers and sharing the building’s rich history.
